Can You Write A Letter to the Editor For DAVE GRIFFITH and MARK BAKER?

We need letters to the editor on behalf of Dave Griffith for Sheriff and Mark Baker District B County Commissioner.  Below are some suggestions that will simplify the process.

We also need boots on the ground volunteers to walk precincts and make phone calls.  If you are interested in volunteering for either candidate, please leave a comment below and I will get back with you.

We will not win without volunteers.  Please help if you can.

Here are some guidelines to help you craft your message:
1. Keep letters brief — three to five short, simple sentences.
2. Make one or two positive points. Don’t try to cram too much into the letter.
3. Use the candidate’s name, Dave Griffith, at least twice, once in the first
sentence.
4. Don’t personally attack the opponent. In fact, don’t even use his name. We
want to build name recognition for Dave, not his opponent.
5. Emphasize personal qualities and your personal experience with Dave. Voters
want to support real, likeable people.
6. If you send your letter to multiple newspapers, change it up a little.
Newspapers don’t want to duplicate what has run in another outlet.
7. Don’t delay. Send it today!
